Hyderabad, Oct 10 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Finance Minister K Rosaiah today refuted the allegations made by Opposition TDP President N Chandrababu Naidu that the irrigation projects taken up by the state Government lacked quality.
Mr Rosaiah, in a statement charged where Mr Naidu had acquired the knowledge to find out quality aspects in the projects. It was the responsibility of the experts to study and findout the lapses if any in the projects.
Mr Naidu's allegations on the irrigation projects proved his ignorance on the quality of the projects, he alleged.
The Government had taken up the irrigation projects in a transparent manner to provide irrigated water to lakhs of acres in remote areas, he added.
He alleged that Mr Naidu was trying to create problems as he could not digest the progress of irrigation projects and development of the state under the Congress regime.
He warned that the people would teach him a lesson if he would create any obstacles to the projects.
