AIM best option for Indian companies: Expert
Hyderabad, Oct 10 (UNI) Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of London Stock Exchange (LSE) was the best option for the Indian companies looking for more capital, CII Andhra Pradesh Former Chairman M K Patodia opined today.
''The LSE has over about 25 Indian companies listed on AIM,'' he said addressing a seminar organised by the CII here.
LSE Relationship Manager (India) Ibukun Adebayo, speaking at the seminar, gave an overview of the regulatory environment governing the AIM and eligibility requirement for Indian companies to get listed on AIM.
Fairfax I S PLC Equities (Corporate Finance) Managing Director Adam Hart gave a presentation on the role of Nominated Advisor(NOMAD) and broker and parameters to access suitability.
