Kottayam, Oct 9 (UNI) Kerala Congress leader K M Mani today criticised the educational policy of the Left Democratic Front (LDF) Government in the State.
Talking to newspersons here, after the 44th Founding Day celebration of the Kerala Congress, he said the flawed education policy of the LDF government would be opposed with the cooperation of like-minded people and parties.
Mr Mani alleged that by introducing unreasonable control the Government, was trying to politicise the education sector. The aim of the terms of reference of the 'KER Reforms Commission' was to destroy the private sector, he added.
He alleged that the Government's direction to reconstruct all the school buildings as per the pre Kerala Education Rules (KER) was to create problems in the education sector.
