General elections in Pak on Dec 27 or 28?

The
Pakistan
government
is
considering
holding
general
elections
in
the
country
for
national
and
provincial
assembly
seats
on
December
27
or
December
28.
The option of holding both the General and Provincial assembly elections simaltaneously or individually is being considered, reported Daily Times.

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) would announce the election schedule within 10 days of the Supreme Court (SC) verdict on the pending petitions regarding the presidential elections, likely to be decided by October 17.
The assemblies are likely to be dissolved in the last week of October on the advice of the prime minister and provincial chief ministers.
The general elections are planned to be held under an interim setup within 60 days.
