Delhi Lt Governor inaugurates International Hospitality Fair
New Delhi, Oct 8 (UNI) Delhi Lt Governor Tejender Khanna today stressed the need to nurture core Indian tradition of cultural diversity and our ability to coexist in harmony.
Inaugurating the International Hospitality Fair and the 8th Annual Tourism Summit at Pragati Maidan here, the Delhi Lt Governor, said,'' it is essential to preserve our cultural uniqueness as India opens to the rest of the world.'' He appealed to the delegates from the Hospitality industry to provide excellent hospitality to their guests so that they leave with value addition.
Mr Khanna promised all support from Delhi Government for the growth of this industry.
Also present on the occasion were Delhi Tourism Minister Arvinder Singh Lovely, CMD, ITPO, Sheela Bhide, Chairperson and DG, Confederation of Indian Industry, S S Mehta.
