Uttar Pradesh: Ailing prisoner succumbs

A
prisoner,
lodged
in
the
Mahoba
district
jail,
died
of
tuberculosis
today.
Umai, lodged under the Gangster Act, had been suffering from tubercular infection since last couple of months.
He was rushed to the district hospital in a life threatening condition, where he succumbed, sources said.
