10 labourers burnt alive in fire in Panipat

Ten
labourers
were
burnt
alive
when
fire
broke
out
in
a
textile
factory
at
old
industrial
area
in
Panipat
last
night.
Charred bodies of nine labourers were recovered from site. Two people with burn injuries were admitted in the hospital here.The fire was however controlled after four fire tender fought flames for about nine hours.
The cause of the fire, which ocurred around 02.30 AM, was being ascertained.
Police and civil authorities have rushed to the spot.
