Sri Lanka win toss and bat first in third England ODI

DAMBULLA, Oct 7 (Reuters) Sri Lanka won the toss and elected to bat first against England in the third one-day international today.

Both sides named unchanged teams after England levelled the series 1-1 on Thursday.
