Sreesnath dropped from 4th ODI squad, R P Singh, Ganguly in

Chandigarh, Oct 7 (UNI) Controversial seamer S Sreesanth was today dropped while injury will keep out Gautam Gambhir from the Indian squad in the fourth ODI against Australia here tomorrow.

Replacing Sreesanth will be R P Singh, while former captain Sourav Ganguly will be in for Gambhir. Rohit Sharma will be the 12th man.

Gambhir, the Team India Opener, suffered a groin injury after slipping while batting in the nets this morning and had to be taken off the field in pain.

He will undergo an MRI scan to assess the extent of the injury, batsman Robin Uthappa told mediapersons here this afternoon.

The final team: Mahendra Singh Dhoni (captain), Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Sourav Ganguly, Harbhajan Singh, Dinesh Karthik, Zaheer Khan, Irfan Pathan, Murli Kartik, Rudra Pratap Singh, Robin Uthappa, Yuvraj Singh, Rohit Sharma (12th man).
