Unidentified bag at Rohini Metro station creates flutter

New Delhi, Oct 6 (UNI) The presence of an unidentified bag containing some electronic items at Rohini Metro station this morning led to a brief flutter, leading to a bomb scare in the area.

The police even detained three persons, including two women, at the Metro station after the suspected material was discovered inside station premises.

Police sources said the women had been detained as they had been seen with a person named 'Suresh', the owner of the bag.

The women were later released after 'Suresh' was found.

Delhi Police sources said after thorough checking it was found that the suspected material in the bag was not bomb-making material, rather was meant for use in manufacturing of air conditioners.

Suresh was subsequently released, police sources said.
