Teachers found absent by Minister during raid
Chandigarh, Oct 5 (UNI) Punjab Education Minister Upinderjit Kaur today raided senior secondary schools of the districts of Patiala and Sangrur and found nine teachers and two senior laboratory assistants absent from duty.
Four teachers reported late for duty when the minister was at these schools.
The entire teaching staff at Channo and Nidampur villages in Sangrur district were found absent by the minister.
The Minister has ordered disciplinary action against those who were found absent from their respective schools.
