Man convicted on murder attempt charges
Anand, Oct 5 (UNI) A fast track court here has sentenced a man to five years imprisonment holding him guilty of murder attempt charges.
Fast track court judge (Ms) A S Verma also slapped a fine of Rs 2000 on Vikram Gohil or face an additional six months imprisonment.
The incident had occurred in January this year. According to the prosecution case, Gohil was riding a cycle and his path had been obstructed by a person who was walking on the road.
Infuriated at the person's refusal to allow him to pass, Gohil had stabbed him.
