Bangalore, Oct 5 (UNI) Former President A P J Abdul Kalam will be participating as the chief guest in the JSS Spiritual Mission's Anniversary celebrations in Gaithersburg, Maryland in the US on October 15.
The JSS Spiritual Mission, launched in 2001 New York, aims to disseminate Indian cultural, artistic and spiritual values through publishing books, organising lectures and camps, conducting yoga workshops in different parts of the world, a press release said here today.
The anniversary celebrations would be held in the presence of Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji, the Head of Suttur Math in Mysore district that runs over 300 educational institutions in India and abroad.
Mr Ronen Sen, Ambassador of India in the US and Maryland Governor Martin o'Malley would be among the dignitaries who would attend the anniversary.
The new edition of 'Shunya Sampadane' consisting of five volumes would be released during the celebrations.
