Two Nigerians, Afghan national arrested with heroin worth Rs 4 crore

New Delhi, Oct 4 (UNI) Upping the ante against drug peddlars in the capital, police arrested three foreigners from Govindpuri area in South Delhi and seized heroin worth about Rs four crore.

Of those arrested two are Nigerians, Baba (25) and Rashid (26), and the third an Afghan national, Mohammad Shah (20), said a police official.

''Nearly 3.60 kg of heroin, worth Rs 3.60 crore in the international market, was seized from the possession of the accused who were arrested last evening.'' While Shah was the courier who sold the banned drug, the two Nigerians were the recepients, he added.

''Interrogation of the accused was on,'' he said.
