Kumaraswamy calls on Governor
Bangalore, Oct 4 (UNI) Amidst political uncertainty in the state, Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy tonight met Governor Rameshwar Thakur and discussed political situation prevailing in the State.
Speaking after meeting Governor, Mr Kumaraswamy told newsmen that it was a 'Courtesy call' and no political significance attached.
Mr Kumaraswamy, however, confirmed that the issue of enemas resignation of BJP Ministers, including Deputy Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa yesterday, did not figure during the discussion with Governor.
While refusing to divulge the matters which would come up before the Cabinet meeting convened tomorrow, Chief Minister, however, hinted that it may take a decision to convene an emergent Legislative Session.
