New Delhi, Oct 4 (UNI) A two-day Conference to discuss the opportunities and challenges confronting India's 'Look East Policy' will be held in Guwahati from October 7.
External Affairs Minister Prnab Mukherjee will deliver the key-note address at the Conference--'India's Look East Policy : Challenges for Sub-Regional Cooperation.' Assam Governor Lt. Gen (Retd.) Ajai Singh and Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi will also attend the event.
The Conference is being organised by the Public Diplomacy Division of Ministry of External Affairs in association with Omeo Kumar Das Institute of Social Change and Development (OKDISCD) and the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER) from October 8-9.
