Srinagar, Oct 4 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered attachment of Additional Commissioner Development (ACD) Ghulam Rasool Kumar and two other senior officers in frontier district of Kupwara following allegations of financial irregularities.
An official spokesman said besides Mr Kumar, Incharge Block Development Office (BDO) Tangdhar Ghulam Mohiuddin and Incharge BDO Teetwal have been attached with Directorate of Rural Development with immediate effect.
He said this follows after report of financial irregularities committed by these officers and poor performance exhibited by them in the implementation of centrally sponsored schemes of Rural Development Department in Kupwara district. He added the charge of ACD Kupwara shall be held by Additional District Programme Coordinator Kupwara in addition to his own duties till further orders while Syed Sajad Qadri, BDO Tangmarg has been transferred and posted as BDO Block Tanghdar. He shall look after the charge of Additional block Teetwal in addition to his own duties till further orders.
Incharge BDO Kunzer shall look after the work of BDO Tangmarg in addition to his own duties till further orders, the spokesman said.
