BJP mourns death of Army Major in J&K

Hyderabad, Oct 3 (UNI) BJP national secretary N Indrasena Reddy today mourned the death of Army Major K P Vinay, hailing from the city, in a gun battle with militants near Rajwali forest area in Baramulla sector of Jammu and Kashmir yesterday.

''I am deeply anguished over the death of Vinay, who ascended as a Major in Army, at the hands of militants while fighting against the insurgents,'' he said in a release here.

He expressed deep sympathies to the bereaved family.
