Rs 15 lakh stolen from ICICI bank

Nashik, Oct 2 (UNI) An unidentified person stole a bag containing Rs 15 lakh cash from the main branch of the ICICI Bank in the city here.

According to police, two officials of the Bank, Anil Shinde and Nilesh Deshpande yesterday had come to submit the collection of other branches to the main branch on Sharanpur Road. When Anil was giving the amount to the cashier, suddenly an unidentified person snatched the bag and fled from the scene.

A complaint was lodged at the Sarkarsada police station late last evening and further investigations are on, the police added.
