Bangalore, Oct 2 (UNI) All Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Ministers in Karnataka, including Deputy Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa, will submit their resignation enmasse to Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy to prevail upon him to tender his resignation and pave the way for transfer of power from the JD(S) to the BJP.
The decision was taken by the BJP Legislature Party, which had a marathon three-and-a-half hour meeting here today.
Talking to newspersons after the meeting, party Vice-President Yashwant Sinha said Mr Yediyurappa would meet Mr Kumaraswamy tonight and submit the resignation letters, along with a covering letter, highlighting the reasons that forced the BJP to take such a drastic step.
