Mumbai, Oct 1 (UNI) Four additional sessions judges, including those who are presiding over the post-Godhra massacre and Bilkis Bano rape case, the fake stamp paper case involving Abdul Karim Telgi, and the Pramod Mahajan murder case, are likely to be transferred out of Mumbai.

All four judges -- U D Salvi, S P Davare, A R Joshi and R B Mallik -- were called to the Bombay High Court and informed about their transfers, according to sources. They are likely to transferred to Solapur, Aurangabad, Ratnagiri and Kolhapur respectively.

However, the judges are yet to receive written transfer orders, sources said.

Judge Salvi has completed examination of witnesses in the Bilkis Bano case and the final arguments are likely to commence from October 8. Judge Salvi has also completed examination of witnesses in some of the multi-crore fake stamps case involving prime accused Telgi.

Judge Davare is presiding over the Pramod Mahajan murder case.

At least 27 witnesses have already been examined in this case. The other two judges were conducting the anti corruption cases, sources added.
