Ahmedabad, Oct 01 (UNI) The Executive Recruiters Association (ERA), the professional body representing executive recruitment firms in India, will host its first ERA - National Conference ''Changing Face of Human Capital'' in Ahmedabad on October 6.
The event will attract a wide variety of recruiting and corporate staffing professionals. Most of the large recruiting firms from across the country are presently members of ERA with member offices in India, Dubai, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, London and USA, ERA sources said here today.
The convention aims to show how the philosophy of the corporate top management of India has changed and how they have geared themselves to address their human capital need. The best practices that would be required to be implemented, with this changing face of India will be identified.
An Inter Corporate and Inter Business School compensation design competition -- The Creative Compensation Challenge will also be part of the event. The event will attract more than 250 delegates, with CEOs, business leaders, senior HR professionals, recruitment fraternity, HR academicians and students, international and Indian media officials, analysts and business intelligence consultants, senior government and state government officials.
The ERA is an Industry Chamber, formed 5 years ago with the mission of improving professional practices among recruitment fraternity and enhancing ethical standards.
