Hyderabad, Oct 1 (UNI) Envisioning a possible early Lok Sabha poll in view of ''serious differences'' between the Congress and the Left former BJP president M Venkaiah Naidu today said the party would undertake a nationwide campaign from October 25 to November 6 against the ''unstable'' Centre.

''Early elections to the Lok Sabha are inevitable as the Congress is not in a position to run a coalition government in a cohesive manner with the Left parties and regional parties like the DMK pulling the strings every now and then,'' he told a press conference here.

He attributed the delay in the ''fall'' of the Manmohan Singh government to the alleged ''hesitation'' in both the Congress and the Left parties to take the blame for the present ''unstable'' political situation at the Centre.

On some opinion polls suggesting more seats for the Congress if the polls were held early, he opined that in the past, opinion polls were inaccurate in most cases and cited that the opinion and exit polls in 2004 general elections and the recent Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, where the results puzzled the pollsters.

The BJP would highlight the success of the previous 23-party NDA Government, the skyrocketing prices of essential commodities, increasing terrorist strikes, agrarian crisis leading more peasants to commit suicide, 'rampant' corruption, unemployment and vote bank politics in the polls, he said.

Dismissing as a ''political stunt'' with an eye on votes, the Centre's proposal to extend the National Rural Employment Guarantee Programme (NREGP) to the entire country, he criticised the Centre for renaming the programme mooted by the NDA Government in memory of Lok Nayak Jayaprakash Narayan.

While the UPA Government had allocated only Rs 12,300 crore for NREGP so far, a huge Rs 45,000 crore would be required to implement the programme in the country, the former Union Rural Development Minister said, seeking to know where the money would come from.
