Dubai, Sep 30 (UNI) An Indian property exhibition in the UAE and Oman has evoked huge response, generating business cloe to Rs One billion in Dubai alone. The two-day show which ended in Muscat on Friday witnessed huge interest in projects varying from plots to furnished apartments from leading builders offering spot incentives like a free Maruti Alto car from a Bangalore builder.
The properties available at the exhibition ranged from Rs1.5 million to Rs 20 million. Easy finance options were also available for buyers with HDFC Ltd offering home loans for the NRI buyers.
''There were multiple projects on display and we could compare the prices and features before deciding on our dream home,'' a buyer was quoted in the Times of Oman as saying.
The third Indian Property Exhibition was organised by Indus Fairs to address the rising need for quality homes with its guidelines, guidance and plenty of choices.
The exhibition offered key solutions for Indian expatriates to find their choice of homes across India be it apartments, independent villas, bungalows or farmhouses.
More than 150 projects in New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Burdwan (West Bengal), Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Mysore, Hosur, Vizag, Coimbatore, Trichy, Madurai, Ooty, Thirunelveli, Courtallam, Pattukottai, Ludhiana, Ajman, Panipat, Ghaziabad, Mohali, Sonipet, Meerut, Bhatinda, Karnal, Jaipur, Lucknow, Gurgaon, Jodhpur, Kundli, Chandigarh, Dindugal, Nagarcoil, Kanyakumari, Tirupur, Salem, Sathur and many other locations were on show at the exhibition.
''Software development has kick-started the real estate activity.
Jaipur is one such city which has benefited from the IT boom,'' said Ravi Kapur, director of Vatika Infotech City Jaipur who participated in the exhibition. The property exhibition, which showcased nearly 150 projects under one roof, provided the customer a wide range of options.
