IHHR Hospitality to pump Rs 1,360 cr to set up spa resorts

New Delhi, Sep 30 (UNI) IHHR Hospitality, which owns Ananda Spa in the Himalayas plans to invest Rs 1,360 crore over the next three years to set up two more spa retreats in the country and expand its hotels venture.

The company is coming up with one 'Ista' hotel each in Ahmedabad, Amritsar and Pune, for which construction has begun, while hotels in Nagpur and Coimbatore were slated for early next year and Chandigarh by September 2008, company said in a statement.

IHHR Hospitality has also bought land in Navi Mumbai for its seventh hotel but will wait for surrounding area to fully develop into a hub to start construction.

The company has also established the Shanti Ananda Maurice, a luxury destination spa resort in Mauritius.
