Cong agitation against Nitishs failures

Patna, Sep 30 (UNI) Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee (BPCC) today announced its plans to launch a statewide agitation against irregularities by the Nitish government administration in the execution of central schemes.

BPCC Chief spokesperson Kripanath Pathak here said that the agitation would be initiated after the Durga Puja from Madhubani of Mithilanchal and Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi had been invited to participate in the agitational programme.

He said the agitation would continue till December 31 and newly-appointed in-charge of the partys political affairs of Bihar Kishore Chandra Dev, BPCC President Sadanand Singh and other senior leaders would also participate.

The Congress would directly interact with the common people over various burning issues, including deterioration in the law and order situation, electricity crisis and problems of farmers in the state, he said.
