BJP leader hails SC order on Muslim quota
Chandigarh, Sep 29 (UNI) Hailing the decision of the Supreme Court staying four per cent reservation for Muslims in educational institutions in Andhra Pradesh, senior BJP leader Ratan Lal Katariya today asked the UPA government, the Congress and its allies to desist from such ''communal agenda.'' In a statement, Mr Katariya said that the apex court in its earlier decisions had also struck down the various ordinances issued by the Andhra Pradesh government in 2004 and 2005 by providing five per cent reservation for Muslims.
