Shivpuri, MP, Sep 28 (UNI) Rashtriya Samanta Dal MLA Harivallabh Shukla today said he would move court if the case against Congress MP Jyotiraditya Scindia is withdrawn.

Mr Shukla told a press conference here today an ''aar paar ki ladai (a decisive battle)'' has started between Mr Scindia and him.

He would fight it out in a non-violent manner.

He said he would expose irregularities being committed by Mr Scindia through various trusts over government land in Shivpuri, Gwalior, Indore and other places.

Mr Shukla, who represents Pohri assembly segment, alleged that Wednesday's incident was a planned strategy of the Congress so that his image was not enhanced in the area.

Meanwhile, Congress MLA Virendra Raghuvanshi, who represents Shivpuri assembly segment, brought a woman 'janpad' member before reporters.

The Dalit woman alleged that she was forcibly taken by a MLA, a former MLA, a BJP office-bearer and one another in a jeep on Wednesday night and raped.

She claimed that police did not register a case when she went to police station along with Mr Raghuvanshi to complain about the matter.

She said she had been tortured by the legislator since the past 17 years on the promise that she would be made a political leader.

She took out photograph of her 17-year-old son and compared him to the legislator. The woman said she was being provided for expenses towards his son but that has been stopped.

Mr Raghuvanshi said he would move the court if a case was not registered against the MLA. Besides, he would raise the matter in the Vidhan Sabha and take it to the President.

The woman is one of the complainant who have registered a case against Mr Shukla.
