New Delhi, Sep 28 (UNI) Lawyer I U Khan, accused of contempt of court charges for influencing witness in the BMW sting operation today viewed the DVD's lying in the court as case property, and the ones supplied to them by the TV channel to verify whether both sets are in consonance or not.

Khan's lawyer Huzefa Ahmadi alongwith the registrar of the Delhi High Court viewed the DVD's from 1600 hrs to 1700 hrs today at court no three of Delhi High Court.

Khan's lawyer had approached the court today, to allow them to view both sets of DVD's - the one lying with the court and the one set supplied to them, to match the contents of both and to ascertain that the DVD's supplied to them have the same contents as supplied to the court.

The division bench comprising Justice Manmohan Sarin and Justice S K Mishra allowed the viewing of the DVD's in the court room.

The court directed the registrar to be present in the court to watch the DVD's. The viewing was carried on successfully and the lawyers will file their reply on Monday, October one.

Two lawyers-- I U Khan and R K Anand-- have been charged with the contempt of court proceedings and have to reply to the court by October one as to why contempt proceedings should not be initiated against them.

Anand, who was a defence lawyer of accused Sanjive Nanda in the BMW hit and run case was shown offering money to the witness I U Khan, who was the prosecution lawyer was shown to be in connivance with the defence lawyer to pass on the benefit to the accused.
