Indo-Aussie ODI series to be beamed live in multiple language feed

Mumbai, Sep 27 (UNI) Two world champions in different forms of the game take on each other, in what promises to be yet another historic series to be played on Indian home grounds.

Beginning September 29, Neo Sports Broadcast takes this cricket extravaganza LIVE to millions of cricket devotees across India as they begin to telecast the India-Australia seven match ODI series, followed by a Twenty20 match, a release issued here today stated.

Neo Sports will bring LIVE, India's attempt to upstage the Aussies at their stronghold, One Day Cricket from the fields of Bangalore, Kochi, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Vadodara, Nagpur and Mumbai.

To add context and drama to the series telecast, the coverage on Neo Sports will also feature 'Extra Cover' a wrap around programme enveloping the LIVE cricket.

Neo Sports has on board Radhakrishnan Sreenivasan as the Studio Presenter alongwith former Aussie opener Michael Slater and India's Murali Kartik. Also Aussie Speed Demon Brett Lee will give viewers a sneak peek into the Aussie camp both before and after the match.

TV anchors Archana Vijaya and Neha Sareen will bring to the fore, the pulse of the Indian cricket fan via interviews, vox pops, statistical aspects of the game, answering viewer's questions and comments to the panel which come in via SMS, e-mail and phone.

Former Indian leg spinner Laxman Sivaramakrishnan and Aussie paceman Damien Fleming will bring in the latest action from the arena, before, during and after the match.

Neo Sports will beam its coverage in English while Neo Sports Plus will offer its viewers multiple language feeds in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, catering to the diverse audience segments across India.

Former Indian players Nayan Mongia, Atul Wasan and Yashpal Sharma will provide Hindi commentary.

In Tamil, Abdul Jabbar, V Ramamurthy and S B Venkataram; and in Telugu, Chandra Mohan and Sudheer Mahavadi will provide their expertise.
