TN CM an immature person: Dattatreya

Tirupati, Sep 26 (UNI) Condemning the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's remarks on 'Lord Ram', Andhra Pradesh BJP President Bandaru Dattatreya today alleged that '' Mr Karunanidhi is an immature politician.'' Addressing a press conference here, he said no one should hurt the religious sentiments of others by expressing thier views.

He alleged that the Ram Sethu issue was used for vote bank politics by the so called secular parties.

Meawhile, he demanded TDP to clearly reveal their stand on the issue. 'Vote bank politics' would only damage the nation, he pointed out.

''We were not against the project'', he said, and added that it should be taken up without disturbing the heritage structure of Ram Sethu.

Asking the Centre who had sketched the Sethusamudram Shipping Channel Project (SSCP) first, he alleged that Union Minister T R Baalu ''was lying'' by stating that the BJP led Governoment had initiated the project.
