Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel from January next: TTD

Tirupati, Sep 26 (UNI) Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) trust board Chairman B Karunakara Reddy has said that TTD would telecast various spiritual programmes in Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel (SVBC) from January next.

After inaugurating its channel office in Alipiri guest house here, he said the 24-hour channel, which recently got nod from the Centre to start operations, initially would start with an estimated cost of Rs 35 crore and be telecasted from a studio in Hyderabad.

The spiritual channel would telecast only devotional programmes, parituclarly related to Lord Sri Venkateswara, besides promoting bhakti and dharma among the youth.

It would be telecasted in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marati and Hindi.
