Chandigarh, Sep 25 (UNI) The Association of Twenty20 Cricket (India) senior vice-president Harjinder Singh Dhanoa today announced 'special' prizes for two Punjab players - prolific scorer Yuvraj Singh and master spinner Harbhjan Singh.
Mr Dhanoa, who is also chairman of Baba Lodhiana Youth Sports Club, Jalandhar said these two outstanding stars of Punjab would be presented pure 24 carat gold medals at a function to be organised by the ATC (India) on their availability. Besides these gold medals, the duo would also be given cash incentives, he added.
The ATC (I) senior vice president also congratulated the entire team for winning the Twenty20 world cup last night after beating Pakistan in a pulsating final.
''My heartiest congratulations to the Indian team for bringing laurels to the country by winning the inaugural Twenty-20 World cup,'' said Mr Dhanoa.
