Pune, Sep 24 (UNI) Senior BJP leader Murli Manohar Joshi today said he would wait for an appropriate time and place to come out openly about the 'rift' in the party over the leadership issue.
Talking to reporters here, Mr Joshi said, ''I cannot say anything now, but I will come out openly about it at an appropriate place and time''.
To another query whether the BJP was backtracking on its commitment and pledge of constructing the Ram Mandir at Ayodhya, Mr Joshi said it was never the duty of the BJP or the Government to construct the temple but the responsibility of the 'Nyas'.
''I will like to see a temple at the disputed site. However, it is for the Nyas to take up the matter'', he added.
