Indo-US Nuke deal will lead to fall of UPA government: Bangrappa

Udupi, Sep 23 (UNI) The Samajwadi Party (SP) state unit president and former chief minister S Bangarappa today said that the Left parties' opposition to Indo-US nuclear deal may lead to the fall of the UPA government soon.

Speaking to newspersons here he said the Congress and the Left were running parallel line which never meets. If the left decide to withdraw its support to the UPA government on the issue, then it would warrant a mid-term poll by January or February next year.

He said that his party condemn the affidavit on existence of Lord Rama and the Rama Sethu project. Belief in god should be left to the people and it was an abstract subject and it cannot be disputed.

Similarly the comment by the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi on the existence of Lord Sri Ram was also deeply condemnable, he said adding that issuing such of statement was not in good taste hurt the feelings of the people.
