Hisar, Sep 23 (UNI) Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) chief and Union Chemical Minister Ram Vilas Paswan today said the Bharatiya Janata Party remembers Lord Ram whenever it is out of power but when in power, it conviniently forgets all about him.
Speaking at the party's state-level Youth awareness rally here, Mr Paswan said the BJP had made an issue out of the Ram Sethu for its own benefit.
He stressed that the LJP did not believe in the politics of caste or religion and its goal was to bring light into the houses where the darkness of poverty prevailed even today.
Mr Paswan also hit out at the Mayavati government in Uttar Pradesh saying that there was an increase in attacks on the Dalits there and the state was turning into the ''kidnap-state.'' Mr Paswan also urged the people of Haryana to attend the party's November 28 rally in Patna.
He said that the party workers were full of zeal for the ''court arrest movement'' to be launched by LJP in October.
