New Delhi, Sep 22 (UNI) A day after raids at the residence of former RAW official V K Singh, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today conducted searches on the premises of the publication house that had published his book about the RAW's functioning.
''Raids were conducted at the office and printing press of Manas Publications in Daryaganj area (Central Delhi),'' CBI sources said.
Maj Gen (Retd) Singh, in his book - 'India's External Intelligence - Secrets of RAW', had pointed out loopholes in the working of the RAW and questioned the accountability of the agency in his book.
Singh, who was with the RAW for four years, was booked under the Official Secrets Act.
CBI had yesterday raided Singh's Palam Vihar residence and seized certain transcripts and CDs pertaining to the book. He was also questioned by the sleuths at his residence.
