Port Blair-bound flight returns to Chennai

Chennai, Sep 21 (UNI) A Port Blair-bound Jet Airways flight, with 150 passengers on board, returned to the airport here this morning as it could not land there due to bad weather conditions.

Airport sources said the flight took off at 0500 hrs and returned to Chennai at around 0830 hrs.

The passengers were accomodated in hotels. The flight would leave for Port Blair after the weather conditions improved there.
