Rs 4.2 cr for Border Area Development Project
Siddharthnagar, Sep 20 (UNI) A Rs 4.2 crore Border Area Development Project has been finalised by the Union government for the advancement of three villages in Maharajganj district of Eastern Uttar Pradesh adjoining the Indo-Nepal border.
Official sources said the villages to be developed under the project are Bhagwanpur, Budhibari and Baragdawa.
While Rs 1.6 crore would be utilised for the development of Baragdawa, Rs 90 lakh and 1.77 crore for Bhagwanpur and Budhibari respectively.
Besides a grandiose community hall, several health centres, mobile dispensaries and computer centres would be set up at these villages.
