Bangalore, Sep 20 (UNI) Aditi Technologies today announced that AditiCollab, Aditi's Collaboration Consulting Service, was enhancing its practice to focus on Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 (OCS 2007), the new version of Live Communications Server (LCS 2005), as the reference platform for building collaboration and communication solutions.
Through instant messaging, presence awareness, federated communications and remote call control, OCS 2007 delivered streamlined communication to users, a software-powered VoIP foundation for organisations and operational control for IT, Aditi said in a release here.
Although only the trial version of OCS 2007 was presently available, Aditi was already involved in developing solutions using it.
Aditi Technologies President Pradeep Rathinam said in the release that the company was an active service partner of early adopters of new technology. ''We see unified communications using OCS 2007 as the next wave in collaboration efforts that benefits companies and enterprises, and as a solutions partner, we will help clients leverage our expertise in this technology to enable quick adoption and rapid return on their technology investments'' he added.
Aditi had been an early practitioner and adopter of LCS, exploiting LCS as a development platform from the time Microsoft released its first LCS version, 2003. Aditi architects were currently working with organisations on business benefit assessments and implementation architecture, Vineet Kumar Arora, Director of Technology, said.
