Jaipur, Sep 19 (UNI) Noisy scenes and slogans-shouting by expelled BJP MLAs over the issue of the Gujjar reservation agitation, marred the proceedings of the Rajasthan Assembly here today, forcing the Speaker to adjourn the House for the second time.
