Railways to augment coaches to clear extra rush

Ahmedabad, Sep 19 (UNI) To clear the extra rush of passengers, the Western Railways (WR) has decided to augment coaches in the following trains.

One pantry car will be introduced in train no 2905/2906 Porbandar-Howrah-Porbandar bi-weekly expresss from October 17, ex-Porbandar, and in return direction, ex-Howrah, with effect from October 19, according to a WR release here today.

Similarly, the train no 9269/9270 Porbandar-Motihari-Porbandar will be augmented with one pantry car, from October 19, ex-Porbandar, and with effect from October 22, ex-Motihari.

One AC II Tier and one Sleeper Coach will be augmented to train no 6312/6311, Trivendrum-Bikaner-Trivendrum express from October 20, ex-Trivendrum, and from October 23, ex-Bikaner.

One AC III Tire Coach will be augmented to train no 6614/6613, Coimbatore-Rajkot-Coimbatore express, from October 18, ex-Coimbatore, and ex-Rajkot with effect from October 21, the release added.
