Bangalore, Sep 19 (UNI) Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa today said no pro-Hindu organisation was involved the bus burning incident in which two persons were charred to death in the city last night.

Speaking to reporters at his residence here, he said strict action would be initiated against the vandalists and he had held talks with senior police officials in this matter, he said.

"No pro-Hindu organisation was involved in this incident and it was possibly an act of vandalists. I have spoken to Home Minister M P Prakash in this regard and culprits will be caught and punished at the soonest," the BJP leader said.

Commenting on Mr Karunanidhi remarks on Lord Rama, that had created a controversy, he said the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister being such a highly accalaimed statesman should have 'thought twice' before issuing such a statement.
