City court issues non-bailable warrant against ACP of Special Cell
New Delhi, Sept 19 (UNI) A city court today issued a non-bailable warrant against Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) of Special Cell of Delhi Police, Sanjeev Yadav, a witness in a Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) case.
The ACP had refused to appear before the court on eight earlier occasions when the court had issued a bailable warrant against him as the case was getting delayed due to his non-appearance.
Adiitional Sessions Judge Babulal has fixed September 26 for the next hearing. He also asked a copy of the order to be sent to the Commissioner of Police, Delhi.
