Chargsheet against two Forest employees

Patna, Sep 19 (UNI) Bihar State Vigilance Investigation Bureau today submitted a chargesheet in court in a bribery case against two employees of the Forest department.

The chargesheets were submitted by the bureau in the court of designated vigilance judge of Patna S K Panwar under vaerious sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act against Head Clerk Suraj Kant Manjhi and Amin Nagdeo Prasad Singh of Patna Division office of the Forest department.

According to the charges, both accused were, arrested by the vigilance sleuths, while accepting a total bribe money of Rs 1,500 for the release order of vehicle on July 25, 2007.
