Youth's bid to enter the Guinnes records
Puducherry, Sep 18 (UNI) In a bid to figure in the Guinness Book of World Records, a local youth would embark on a feat of drawing with his mouth, a 40-kg oil colour painting on the theme Mother Teresa's social service on a 30 ft high and 20 ft wide banner.
R Rajendran (26) of Krishna Nagar here, told newspersons that he would be undertaking the challenge at the VGP trade centre in Chennai on October 19.
He said Chief Minister N Rangasamy and Health Minister E Valsaraj would inaugurate his feat.
He said in 2003, he had painted non-stop for 100 hours. In 2005, he took on the challenge of painting non-stop for 51 hours. by collecting material for tsunami relief. In 2007, he had painted for 127 hours at a stretch.
