Students protest abolition of LS constituency

Pudukottai, Sep 18 (UNI) Students of the Government Raja's College abstained from classes, protesting against the abolition of the Pudukottai Lok Sabha constituency in the just-completed delimitation.

Students took out a processsion along the thoroughfares of the city and demanded that the status quo be maintained.

Later, they submitted a memorandum to the district collector.
