Islamabad, Sep 18 (UNI) Pakistan Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz has said Islamabad will continue to extend moral, political and diplomatic support to Kashmiri people until a ''just and honourable'' settlement of the Kashmir issue is found.

He made the statement while talking to Prime Minister of PoK Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan who called on him at the PM House yesterday.

Pakistan has made it clear that a sustainable and lasting peace in south Asia will remain elusive until a solution to the Kashmir dispute acceptable to the people of Kashmir, Pakistan and India is found, Mr Aziz said adding that his government was committed to the process of composite dialogue with India and it must continue uninterrupted.

He said Pakistan had made several suggestions including the demilitarisation and self-governance as the basis of discussion with India.

The Prime Minister also said Pakistan expected a positive response from India to facilitate the process of peaceful settlement of the Kashmir issue.
