Koutons Retail IPO subscribed nearly 2 times

Mumbai, Sep 18 (UNI) The public issue by Koutons Retail India Limited has received an overwhelming response from investors and it was subscribed 1.85 times on the very first day of opening today.

The issue closes on September 21.

J M Financial Consultants Private Ltd is the BRLM and Karvy Investor Services is the co-BRLM for the issue.

Koutons Retail India, an integrated apparel manufacturing and retail company in the country, has entered the capital markets with an IPO of 3,524,439 equity shares of Rs 10 each through 100 per cent book building process in the price band of Rs 370 to Rs 415 per equity share. The issue will constitute 11.54 per cent and net issue 11.37 per cent of the post-issue paid up capital of the company. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE, the release said.
