New Delhi, Sep 18 (UNI) Bright sunny conditions continued to prevail in Delhi for the second consecutive day today with the mercury rising to 37 Degrees Celsius, three degrees above normal.
It was another sunny morning that welcomed people of the city today.
The minimum was also three degrees above normal at 26.5 degrees Celsius, up from 26 degrees C yesterday.
The maximum rose from 36.6 degrees C yesterday to 37 degrees C today.
However, despite the Sunny weather, Northwesterly winds provided relief from humid conditions.
Some relief from Sunny conditions could, however, be in store for Delhi by the weekend with the weatherman saying some more rain could be expected in Delhi and other plains of Northwest India from Friday onwards.
The met office has forecast a partly cloudy sky in Delhi during the next 24 hours with possibility of development of thundry conditions by the evening.
